# A blacklist of customers for Ukrainian online stores?

Keeping a blacklist of customers is a humiliating and deeply unpleasant business. I'd like to hear what colleagues think: is it worth building a shared list of dishonest customers for online stores?

In all my years in business I haven't had that many characters like that. But a recent big lingerie order, where some of the items came back soiled and the customer's phone number googles to a model's ad on [http://napodiume.ru](http://napodiume.ru/company/view/hostes_modeli_stendistki) (so clearly they did a photo shoot in the lingerie and sent it back), is pushing me to think about the idea again.

As I recall, one Ukrainian online store once sent around by email the details of a customer in a similar case.

Questions:

1. Do it or not?
2. Open access or restricted access (only for partner stores)?
3. How legal is it to show customers' data in public, even customers who aren't very decent?
4. Criteria for how "harmful" a customer is: someone who simply placed an order, the courier came and the phone was switched off, is one case; someone who sent back soiled lingerie (yes, our courier didn't check, which is also a problem) is another.
5. A customer who just wastes your time is no reason, in my view.
