Now this is cool, in my humble opinion. I've just booked a doctor's appointment by phone. I hang up, open my email:

> Specialist: .....

> Attached to this email is a file with a reminder that you can automatically add to your MS Outlook calendar. Just open the attached file and confirm adding it to your calendar.

> If for any reason you cannot come to your appointment or are running late, please let us know in advance.

> Thank you for choosing us!
>
> \[clinic name]
