# Don't demand any deposits from regular customers!

It keeps happening to me. I'm placing my 20th order with an Odesa printing company, and they still demand at least 80% of the payment upfront. I'm buying a computer (my 4th, I think) from an Odesa store, and they ask for a 200-hryvnia deposit before they start assembling my order.

That's hurtful, comrades!

Once you've made sure a customer is reliable, I think it's fitting to relax the rules for them. I'm not saying break them. I mean work out additional rules for loyal customers.
