# Don't forget to buckle up

[Tanya](https://www.facebook.com/nusha.larina) and I came up with a mnemonic meant to help build the habit of buckling up in the car. It goes like this:

> "Door shut? Belt the gut."

(In Russian: "Sel v kuzov, pristegni puzo", literally "In the car body? Buckle up the belly.")
