MIF (Mann, Ivanov and Ferber, a Moscow business-book publisher) keeps expanding its list, mixing, to use the language of the book in the title, incompatible foods. The sad result: the brain on the MIF book diet is getting worse nourishment.

[*Food Combining* by Lee DuBelle](http://kniga.biz.ua/book/MIF/-1/2542/) is an indigestible, badly structured presentation of one dubious idea about proper eating. The book is stuffed with tireless repetition of the claim that poor eating causes N percent of deaths and diseases. Especially among Americans (hee-hee).

Not recommended reading.
