# How to fill in an international cash-on-delivery form

An incredibly useful thing for any mail-order trader like me is right [here](http://www.cniga.com.ua/index.files/obrasez.htm).

And [here](http://www.cniga.com.ua/index.files/posilki.htm) someone tells a story very close to my heart: what it's like dealing with the deeply hated, I mean respected, staff of our valiant Ukrposhta, the state postal service, when you send cash-on-delivery parcels abroad.

I'd like to send this person a huge, very non-virtual thank-you, virtually.
