Or rather, to the online store of Artemy Lebedev's design studio, [store.artlebedev.ru](https://store.artlebedev.ru), where I'd tried to order *Kovodstvo*, his book on design.

UPD: as of December 15, no response.

UPD 2: they did call me, sometime around December 20, and said I "should have been called on December 12".

A very quick response, I'll tell you.
