An illustration from the book [*Managing Projects, People and Yourself*](https://bureau.ru/books/fff/).

A metaphor from Bureau Gorbunov, the Moscow design studio. To keep a project from stretching out over time like a caterpillar, you need to nail it down at the checkpoints. [More in their advice column.](https://bureau.ru/bb/soviet/20140410/)
