# A usability tip for developers of online stores and other systems that send customers invoices

When you send a customer an invoice to pay through a bank, make the invoice both as a .pdf and as a text version of the payment details. Some people use online payment systems (online management of their bank account), such as [Privat24](http://privatbank.ua/), PrivatBank's online banking, and they'll have to type your invoice in by hand instead of simply copying the details. PDF is still just about bearable: you can at least select the text in it (with certain skills :), but some people make their invoices as .jpg, and that's really inconvenient.
