The best management book in my library (mind map included)

First, Break All the Rules: What the World’s Greatest Managers Do Differently, by Marcus Buckingham and Curt Coffman, is the best thing I’ve read on management so far.

It’s a book about how to select people and what to do so they work well for the good of the company. Even more: it’s about how to help people find themselves and work they love.

Warning! It’s a bit boring at the start: I got past that barrier on the second try.

I put together a mind map of the book, first for myself, then decided to post it (so the wording is “unpolished”).

Now I’ll try to put it into practice. Probably the hardest part :)

Use it, and may it do your business good!
