Developer wanted: an interface for sending SMS through the TurboSMS gateway

One of my projects needs a simple inter­face built (pro­grammed) for send­ing SMS and email notifications.

I’m look­ing for a devel­oper to work with on this project, with the prospect of more com­plex and inter­est­ing tasks.

The over­all out­line of the interface:

1. User login.
2. The inter­face itself, for send­ing SMS and email from saved tem­plates (includ­ing check­ing and show­ing the credit bal­ance on the user’s account).
3. A table of send­ing logs with their statuses.

Connection to the SMS gate­way over the SMPP protocol.

Interface and con­nec­tion: PHP, plus MySQL for user data and the send­ing log.

There’s a fin­ished, clear mockup (an HTML pro­to­type) made in Axure RP.

We install all of this on our own server, with no inte­gra­tion into any CRM.
