Food combining, by Lee DuBelle

MIF (Mann, Ivanov and Ferber, a Moscow business-book publisher) keeps expanding its list, mixing, to use the language of the book in the title, incompatible foods. The sad result: the brain on the MIF book diet is getting worse nourishment.

Food Combining by Lee DuBelle is an indigestible, badly structured presentation of one dubious idea about proper eating. The book is stuffed with tireless repetition of the claim that poor eating causes N percent of deaths and diseases. Especially among Americans (hee-hee).

Not recommended reading.
