A usability tip for developers of online stores and other systems that send customers invoices

When you send a customer an invoice to pay through a bank, make the invoice both as a .pdf and as a text version of the payment details. Some people use online payment systems (online management of their bank account), such as Privat24, PrivatBank’s online banking, and they’ll have to type your invoice in by hand instead of simply copying the details. PDF is still just about bearable: you can at least select the text in it (with certain skills :), but some people make their invoices as .jpg, and that’s really inconvenient.
