Website idea: selling off banks’ collateral

Given that, if Investgazeta, a Ukrainian busi­ness weekly, is to be believed:

…the real sit­u­a­tion, con­firmed by reli­able sources, shows that the banks have accu­mu­lated a huge amount (UAH 700 bil­lion) of unre­paid loans, and there­fore of prop­erty that has to be sold off, turn­ing goods into money…

the thought comes to mind of help­ing the Ukrainian bank­ing system get rid of its looted, heavy burden of pledged property. For exam­ple, you could sign an agree­ment with the biggest banks to reg­u­larly “leak” their offers for the sale of col­lat­eral to you, and build some kind of aggre­ga­tor site for sale list­ings around it.
